Storm
by Dave Young
You sent me a storm
and I swam in its pleasure.
You smiled, your eyes and mouth
a constant measure.
You spoke of love and I believed
every kiss and word deceived, until…
The faint ribbon of rainbow
that clung to the sky
died with your storms desire.
